The wait of more than 16 months is coming to an end as Hamas announced it will release six more Israeli hostages on Saturday, more than double the number initially planned. The names of the hostages include men aged 27, 40, 22 and 23 who were taken on October 7 when the war began, while two others aged 36 and 39, who were captured after crossing the border into Gaza about a decade ago, will also be released.
